He has suffered a trauma to his wing and cannot fly,balance is naturally affected and he has been seen by the vet.Does anyone know if it will still be possible for him to mate as I am keen to breed from this absolute sweetie.Have you experienced this problem with your own budgie?He does show an interest in the female.

Yes he wil be able to breed. Just house the pair so he can get around.

i dont really know thats an intresting question i think u should at least put him in with another bird just to see it will be intresting to see if he can mate because of his balance i dont really know if this is helping but i think u should give it a try

It is not the wing he uses at that time, but leave him with another bird, and I think you will find that he will find a way.
