If you meant mobile phones instead of land phones, it would be 900 and 1800MHz. Cordless phones vary much in frequency and can be in many different bands. For frequencies of various tones and signalling in various countries, consult this webpage:

What frequency are you referring to? Is it the ringing frequency or the tones frequencies such as dial tone, ring back tone, busy tone, reorder tone, call waiting tone, confirmation tone, etc. etc...

If I were you, I would call the telcos to get the frequency details and info.
