coping with daily irritations, unexpected embarassing happenings, uncomfortable situations , undesirable sexual desire , .....

Cats. I know it sounds crazy, but bear with me. Gather up some cats in your neighborhood. Two or three to start with. Kill them (humanely, of course), skin them, and make a nice kitty stew. Once the meat is tender, drain the liquid off using a hair net. Pour the liquid into Dixie cups. Put a plastic spoon in each cup and freeze them. Have one a day, like a popsicle. Works every time.

I count to ten and remove myself from the situation for a few minutes and come back to tackle it when I've calmed down.sometimes I just go get in the shower and try to calm myself that way.You can't deal with daily issues if your all tense and yelling. Yelling does no good.

The only situation in which I have trouble maintaining is if someone else is being abused/exploited. Since I work in health care it does happen. I have gotten better about thinking before I speak.

I have a very poor mind control- But why should that be a bad thing? It is simply being human rather than a robot.

i'm pretty good at controlling it in the beginning..but after awhile, i get drained..and its not that easy =D
