i am thin and my body is considerably o.k but compared to the rest of my skinny body the upper part of my thighs are a little fat.how can i make them skinny without using any sauna belt or other artificial surgery.
i am 15 yrs old.

Your body sounds perfectly normal. Everybody is shaped a little differently and nobody is 100% perfect. Sauna belts, etc., won't do anything to change your natural shape. Just be happy that you are healthy and don't worry about little things like that.

u should do the crouches to make ur love angles skinny thats it in one day u should do atleast 50 crouches
and after 2 days start doing 100 of them a day u will see the result at the end of the month

exercise, eating right, try walking or jogging. maybe get a dog and take it for walks every day. Swimming was good advice too, best exercise in the world. No other physical activity makes you utilize that many muscles at once.

according to me u should either consult a gud gym trainer who can tell u some specific exercise by which u can get rid of that fat part or u urself put some effort and should go on jogging. i assure you the results will b that of flying colours.nd do drink lots of water

You are quite young..so stop worrying about all these things as your body will still go through changes but always try to eat right

Why do you want to make them "skinny"? Being skinny isn't attractive. Eat well, exercise (but not excessively, please! unless you want to look like Johnny Bravo), be a normal shape and make the most of your curves and womanliness. It's sexier to have some bits to cuddle, rather than a bony rake who hurts you when she tries to hold you.

do a little jogging..special K works..you can lose 6 pounds in 2 weeks..GOOD LUCK
