Are there any pet Parrotlet breeders in Australia? can you import them?

I am planning on moving to Australia to go to Veterinary school however i am set on haveing a Parrotlet as a pet, Here in Hawaii they are banned I am hoping to be able to buy one in Australia, are there any breeders there that anyone knows of? or stores? Are they legal to import? thank you.

No sorry there are not. But I have heard of a few here in Oz that do have them.. But not legal. If you where to inport the it would cost you a lot..But well it would be worth it,, for we are wating for these guys here. Just bring a lot of blood lines.
