He has come out of his room almost in tears. I asked him to show me the monster, thinking it was shadows cast by furniture or something. But it was standing in an empty space in the middle of his room. He really believes it's there - his legs were shaking, his eyes were bulging and his hands were over his mouth.
He can't see it with the light on, even though it's not even dark yet. He tried to sleep in my room but the monster followed him. "It's tongue is out and it's holding a cup with a sad face on it and it's other hand is on the floor and it's green and fat".
It should be the standard non-existent monster. But I'm also considering (a) his genuine terror, and he hasn't even been asleep yet; (b) a previous and justifiable sighting of a ghost (he couldn't sleep because there was a ghost bird at his window. The dog had killed a bird that day and dumped it outside Mr 4's window and he never knew because I disposed of it).
I'm sure some people will laugh, but what do you think?

I think he should go back to bed. He's got a big day of running the United States of America tomorrow.

there is a demon tormenting him, he needs Jesus name to make them leave, go read John 3 and Ephesians 6-10 and Luke 10-18. The Bible is a spiritual weapon and he has a Roeg spirit showing himself to the kid! Get it out , it will only obey if you use the name of Jesus. That's why we christian are always spouting it, it works and we know our enemy. He sees it. Help him!
