Well, I'm bisexual and I didn't decide that. I naturally feel attracted to both sexes and I can't change that.

The Bible says that it is a sin to be gay/lesbian, therefore I believe that God would never create a person to be born this way knowing that they will be going to hell because of their actions. I believe it is a chosen sin just like adultry, drug abuse, not honoring your parents, not worshiping the one true God and recognizing his only Son Jesus Christ, and any other sin. I believe it is a chosen sin, and every one has the choice to sin or not to sin. The body is the temple of God and when you sin against or destroy the temple of God, Ist Corinthians Ch:3vrs:16-18, says God will destroy you. 2nd Corinthians ch5:vrs:10-21 When we accept Christ we are new creatures and old things are passed away. We change and no longer run after things of the flesh. This is something that must be worked on at all times. It is no easier for a person that is a homosexual to give that up than it is for a person that is always committing adulty to give that up. Both are sins of the flesh and both are sins against the temple of God and both lead to hell. The world will always say it is ok, but they don't care if you go to heaven or hell, a true Christian will tell the truth in love and try to help you correct your sin. That is what a brother or sister does, they help out in times of trouble.

i think different people have different reasons, if a girl has sex with a woman for money she's not really a lesbian but if a man has sex with a man for any reason he's gay. People do things for a whole host of other reasons in life. In the old days they talked about sailors who've been at see too long, red necks like in deliverance and all kinds of people.

I don't know; I haven't seen the research. I am leaning toward born that way, however. Nevertheless, that doesn't mean gay or lesbian behavior is normal, any more than autistic behavior, say, is normal.

That is absolutely ridiculous. God doesn't make mistakes. My Mother turned Lesbian as she had many bad experiences with men, and then she fell in Love with her friend. She wanted it to be like that.
Some people think they are gay because of their enviroment and some find they aren't attracted to someone of the opposite sex AT THAT TIME...If they would wait longer in life they would find they would meet the right person....But their sexual urges envelope them and they convince themselves they want a partner of the same sex....You only see what you want to see...

The Bible consistently tells us that homosexual activity is a sin (Genesis 19:1-13; Leviticus 18:22; Romans 1:26-27; 1 Corinthians 6:9). Romans 1:26-27 teaches specifically that homosexuality is a result of denying and disobeying God. When a person continues in sin and disbelief, the Bible tells us that God “gives them over” to even more wicked and depraved sin in order to show them the futility and hopelessness of life apart from God. 1 Corinthians 6:9 proclaims that homosexual “offenders” will not inherit the kingdom of God.

I think somethings in life change due to the environment a person is exposed to, I would rather say that they change later in life.
