In the short and long term?

I would suggest you write down all the things which are making you feel so stressed. Look at each one individually and decide which ones are causing the most problems. Then take each of these and decide a way to change them to make them less stressful. i.e. work could be a change of career if its making you unhappy or a reduction in hours. Take a holiday and get away from the norm to clear your head and mind.

Try relaxation techniques once a day to make you feel more at ease. i.e. listen to some chill out music or sit and relax all the muscles in your body for 15/20mins.

Talk to family and friends about how you are feeling as they may be able to help you with more suggestions or at the very least you will feel better for being able to let some of it out.

I hope you feel better soon

In the short term you must remind yourself what is good about your life. Try to pick out the positive things see how better off you are than some others in ther world (I don't know if that's true, but I am going to guess that it is). Talk to your friends / family. It really is true that a problem shared is a problem halved.
In the longterm look at your life style. Are you sleeping well, how is your diet, are you drinking / smoking too much what is causing your stress and how can you help yourself manage it. Often adding something positive to your life (like exercise) can have a really surprisingly good effect on how stressed you feel. Most importantly if you can't do these things get help. See your Doctor, or a specialist. Many, many people get help with stress and it is nothing to be ashamed about. Healthcare professionals can often identify underlying causes that you can't see and treat these effectively.

Good luck and hey ... smile a little, that helps too!

You could practise deep breathing exercises. Try getting at least 30 minutes of fresh air every day. Could also try the current big thing in therapy which is Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. Recommended book which deals with CBT self help is Overcoming Anxiety by Helen Kennerley.

Learn how to find your centre of consciousness at www.relax7.com/7.php and there is a section on stress in the most recent blog of Shan Eris on "tackling depression" at www.myspace.com Also: http://www.help-for.com/menu2.htm and enter the term "stress", or look under "s" for stress.

Discuss the situation with your doctor to determine whether medication and/or talk therapy would be of help. Some people greatly benefit using yoga exercise classes and learning to breathe deeply. There is no need for you to continue to suffer. I do urge you to consult your doctor. I wish you well.

well, you are not the only one trust me!

first, try to avoid all these things that make you fell stressed
avoid coffe and sugar as much as you can.

if you still feel stressed then I suggest you visit a therapist, if the problem is as bab as you are saying then he will probably give you meds.
