In my experience,unless they are unusually shy,they will make a move,whether you notice it or not,it may be subtle!

then GET noticed. smile at him, and wave at him in the hallway. i don't know, use your imagination. you can't just wait for days and nights to pass thinking he's going to like you all of a sudden by fantasizing. just think, if you were him, what could you do to get noticed. it's all up to you.

When it comes to guys, there are no absolutes. Sometimes, guys won't ask, because we're afraid of rejection. If you like him, make it clear, and make your intentions clear. If he does like you, he would have no reason to not pursue you.
