Chocolate in moderation is actually good for you. But not too much.

Moderation is always the key. But luckily for chocolate lovers, it is actually not too bad for you (especially more natural forms of chocolate or dark chocolate).

Chocolate does not cause acne or make it worse. It is also not really a problem for healthy teeth. It has been found that even though chocolate contains sugar, it also has properties that work against sugar's tendency to produce the bacteria that leads to dental decay. Researchers at the Eastman Dental Center have concluded that milk chocolate is one of the snack foods that is least likely to contribute to tooth decay, since it contains phosphate and other minerals.

Lastly, it has a lot of nutrients. It is high in magnesium and potassium. It provides vitamins B1, B2, D & E. It does not have a terribly high calorie count and contains antioxidants.

So to answer your question, not really that bad for teeth. Not really that bad for health. But stick to natural or dark chocolate and don't overdo it!

The best thing I love in this world is Chocolate.
So I kinda know a lot about chocolate..

1.Chocolate is bad for your teeth if you eat too much of it..
2.It's bad for your health if you eat too much of it because it contains a lot of sugar..which bubbles into fat.
3.Chocolate is also good for your heart..you can have a strong heart..but like I said..don't eat too much of it.
4.And chocolate is the best cure if your depressed, stressed or sad.

sure its bad for your teeth, because it has sugar in it, its fattening, however one ounce of dark chocolate with a high content of cocoa solids in it, per day, is considered good as some of the flavanoids in it are antioxidant.
