I believe that all living things no matter in what form they exist as have at least one common trait, that is the instinct or will to survive and exist, I believe that once that instinct diminishes or is lost you can no longer be held accountable for you actions, for a human to lose the automatic response of self preservation for one of self destruction can only mean that in some way that human has lost their logical thought process. Is it suicide or self murder, heaven or hell?

Sin or not, suicide is a lazy and selfish way out. By doing so (or even attempting it) you are telling everyone who cares about you that you don't give one damn about them. Ouch.
I believe the verse goes "you shall not commit murder.." self murder is still murder in my book.

Maybe if we didn't have such assholes in the world, suicide wouldn't happen as much. The world is hell, so a suicidal person can't go to hell if they're in hell. The question is, how do you get out of hell?

Suicide is not a sin. And even if it is? what of it? noone is going to heaven anyways.. it is written somewhere in that book of heathens that not even david accended to heaven.. now like good god. (excuse the vain) if that dude didn't make it what chance in hell (excuse the pun) do we have of getting up there. anyways. there's a pretty damn good chance christianity is wrong anyways..

In virtually every religion suicide is considered a sin.
So I guess the answer is hell. If you have to believe in that kind of stuff.

God gave you life so he wants you alive. If you kill yourself you are telling the creator I don't care what you created, I am killing myself, well that's is an abomination to him so hell is at hand. Now to be out of your mind means to be demon possessed and a spirit of suicide tells you to do it, and you need to call on the name of Jesus and that spirit will go and the mind will come back, so God gave you away out and if you don't take it he don't need you in heaven and to he flame you will go! Its up to you, but God says choose life!!!

if someone commits premeditated murder they will have to answer for it.
will it send them to hell? not necessarily, but they definately will not be rewarded for it and some punishment will probably be imposed.
