I seem to recall seeing somewhere recently,Liquorice Tablets,they used to be similar in flavour to black sports mixtures.

I don't know which part of the country your from but there is a sweet shop in Walton-on-the-Naze in Essex that sells them , if you can't get there try small independent sweet shops most will be able to get hold of them.
