This means he's not ready for a girlfriend. Get over him and fast. He's trouble. If he's looking at you while he has a girlfriend...then he's going to be looking at other girls when you're his girlfriend.

I wouldn't consider it a "problem" unless he's a freak. if hes cute smile back at him in a shy way. U dont know what this does to a guy. Ifhe likes u from the start it'll only make him think you're adorable.

ok, he's in high school, so he's not in love with his gf (if he was, he wouldnt be givin u a look). so he is interested. when he is alone, harmlessly flirt, but dont be pushy. he will leave his girl, and then go in for the kill! good luck!
