Right mouse button stopped working in IE7?

My right mouse button is working fine, but in IE7 it's not. I didn't change anything, how can I fix it/what might have caused this?

For instance, I can't right click on a link to get the menu and select "open in new window".

Did you even READ my question? I clearly stated that the mouse is working fine, it's ONLY in IE7 where it's having a problem, so obviously it's not the mouse.

It was a problem with IE7 in particular, it seems to be resolved now.

reinstall IE 7 then try it again.

First try another mouse and see if that works. Make sure to reboot.
