In what did the four Hebrews resemble and differ from the "magicians and enchanters" of the hidden that they advised to Nebuchadnezzar?

Daniel 1:17-20 (READ TO ANSWER QUESTION)

"17 To these four young men God gave knowledge and understanding of all kinds of literature and learning. And Daniel could understand visions and dreams of all kinds. 18 At the end of the time set by the king to bring them in, the chief official presented them to Nebuchadnezzar. 19 The king talked with them, and he found none equal to Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael and Azariah; so they entered the king's service. 20 In every matter of wisdom and understanding about which the king questioned them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and enchanters in his whole kingdom."

There is no evidence that they differed from the "magicians and enchanters" is anything other than their dietary habits. A quick comparison of neo-Babylonian religion and pre-captivity Judaism reveals a striking list of similarities. Dietary restrictions differ, and the Hebrew names for God are sometimes drawn from Palestinian sources. But even Mount Sinai, the sacred Mountain of God, means "the Mountain of Sin," the Babylonian Moon God. Pre-Abrahamic Jewish historical annals include Babylonian sources, the book of Job refers to the great Tiamat of the Babylonians, the months of Jewish calendar are named after Babylonian deities, and the Hebrew "Sheol" is identical to the Babylonian underworld. Jewish cosmology follows the Babylonian concept of the Absu divided by a firmament, and the Jewish identification of Reason (the soul) and the circulatory system is reflected in Babylonian eschatology. The Temple of Solomon was adorned with images from the Babylonian zodiac, as well as winged Babylonian Cherubim. Jacob erected a Babylonian phallic pillar after his dream about the Babylonian celestial ladder. Abraham and the post-Davidic Jewish kings observed Babylonian phallic oaths as a sign of allegiance.
Last but not least, a significant amount of Old Testament prophesy was actually uttered by Nebuchadnezzar.
