What food and wine pairing for your last meal ever?

If you knew you were about to die (how morbid!) and you had an unlimited choice: which chef would cook your meal, what would you have, what wine would you pair it with, and who would you dine with?

Yeah, okay Jami E, but suppose that while spending time with the kids you start feeling hungry.

First I would want a heavy bread and butter with chicken broth soup. Made by a Jewish bakery.

Then a gnocchi with italian home made sauce and fresh parmasean made by an old italian lady with a moustache.

I would have some greasy french chef make me chateaubriand hollandaise with onion potatoes and grilled zucchini and mushrooms.

For dessert I would want an American cook to make me a huge warm brownie explosion with fruit, ice cream and hot fudge and caramel.

And a wine? I'd take a magnum of champagne...I guess Dom Perrignon

I would sip a glass of Gosset Celibre (any vintage) ... and I'd have some Boudin french bread with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Since I'd make sure I was in California, I'd also have some decent tomato slices and Buffalo mozzarella.
Biba Caggiano would roast a rack of lamb for me, with finger size white potatoes roasted with herbs and a little garlic. She would saute green beans with whatever sauce she thinks best. I would have a Tommasi Valpolicella Ripasso, maybe 1999.
I'd skip dessert, instead have the perfect cappucino.

I would want my husband and sons with me. It makes me happy to feed them and converse with them.
