8 in the morning, 12 in noon, 4 in evening, 8 in night. 4 times and after a regular break of 4 hours. 8 in morning is ideal.

8:00 am breakfast
10:00 to 10:30 am snack
1:00 pm dinner/ lunch
3:30 Pm Snack
6:00 pm Supper/dinner
8:30 pm snack
You should eat 5 to 6 times a day. even when you are not hungry. This will help to keep the weight down, and you will find that you are eating less at meal times. Snack should be a piece of fruit or some thing light

The time to eat is when you feel hungry. The time to stop eating is when you still have a small desire to continue eating. That is when you still feel that you could eat one more slice of bread.
