I got clinically diagnosed with herpes virus (type 2) about four years back, when I was still attending college and had a dumb one-night stand. I know a lot of girls say this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a mistake that one time and all of a sudden it seemed like I was going to have to live with the implications for my entire life. The hardest part was feeling I could never date other men again. In the end, who wants to go out with someone who has sores around her private parts? But since a friend shared this movie https://tr.im/xuAmr everything changed.

Not only was I able to clear away all traces of the herpes simplex virus from my body in less than 21 days, but I was also able to start dating again. I even met the man of my dreams and I'm so blessed to write that just last week, in front of everybody in a busy restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me! This method gave me back the opportunity to be happy and experience real love again. Now I want to help others by sharing this story.

Herpes is fairly common. Most people who have it don't even know because most people don't bother to get tested. It can be expensive and to be sure, a blood test is required.

There was even speculation for awhile that actress Jennifer Love Hewitt had it because a red carpet photo that was blown up clearly showed her attempt to hide a bump near her lip with concealer. Perhaps it was just a zit.

If you are uncomfortable about going out try an over the counter or prescription medication to help with outbreaks.

To whoever posted it: HSV infection is absolutely not hereditary.

80-90% of the population has been exposed to HSV-1 (which usually causes oral herpes). Not all people will ever have a cold sore, however. About 25% of the population has been exposed to HSV-2 (which usually causes genital herpes). Again, not all will develop symptoms. Either HSV-1 or HSV-2 can infect either the oral or genital region and produce the same lesion.

I REALLY wanted you to know that you can EASILY never have to deal with another horrible, awful, nasty cold-sore for the rest of your life!!

I got them every winter my whole life until 3 years ago (I'm 36 now) and they were the BANE of my existence...the whole process took weeks to heal and would leave a scar for at least 2 months sometimes!

I was reading a message board on www.curezone.org and discovered the PERFECT remedy for both healing them and preventing them completely:
OLIVE LEAF EXTRACT

So, I buy the liquid tincture by "HerbPharm" and it has not failed me ONCE...Whenever I'm feeling drained, tired, stressed, or get that tingly feeling on my lip, I just load up on this stuff.

This is the one I buy:

http://www.nextag.com/Herb-Pharm-Olive-Leaf-66659849/prices-html

You can also get Olive Leaf at Whole Foods Market, and other natural food stores.

Very cheap.

The first time I tried it, I was actually halfway into a major eruption and I drank a bunch of the extract in some water.
AS I WAS DRINKING the stuff down, I could feel the swelling on my lip shrinking...I was in such shock--I ran to the mirror--it was shrinking before my eyes and within ten minutes my lip had returned to NORMAL...I began kissing the bottle of Olive Leaf...yeah, I really did!!

I had tried everything in the past...I can't begin to tell you what I went through...and it's now been 3 YEARS since I've had one!

PLEASE try drinking it in water...don't be afraid to use a lot as there are no side effects and use it directly on the sore too!

For your immune system - PLEASE try these 3 remedies...EVERY time I feel run-down or get that tickly feeling in my throat I take these 3 things and it NEVER turns into a full-blown cold.

1)Herb Pharm Olive Leaf Extract in tincture form:
This is the one I buy -

http://www.nextag.com/Herb-Pharm-Olive-Leaf-66659849/prices-html

2) "JarrowDophilus", by "Jarrow Formulas"...it will keep the healthy "flora" in your body in perfect balance which keeps your immune system strong.

3) "Emergen-C" Vitamin C packets by "Alacer"

All three can be purchased at "Whole Foods Market", possibly "Trader Joe's", or call your local health food store to inquire about these 3 products.

EVERY friend and family member who has taken this advice, hardly ever gets sick.

For your throat: "Peaceful Mountain--Throat Rescue"
You will NEVER find a more powerful throat spray which is all-natural....soothing, fast acting, and kills bad bacteria on contact.

Cayenne Pepper in capsules (or sprinkled on soup) helps greatly with congestion AND is also an immune systen booster too....and drink lots of organic green tea to help your energy levels.
