Under NO circumstances do you take any calls from her-PERIOD!! When you do answer the phone to tell her to stop, you are giving her attention-which she wants-even if it's negative. Just like a little kid. So, to fix that, once and for all, let your messenger get it, and call it a day. Silence is golden!!

Did you ask nicely for the X to stop??
Sometimes talking instead of yelling and screaming works, but if you've already been there done that then I would try, blocking the phone number if possible.
Changing your number if it gets that bad or just plain old not answering any of her phone calls.

Change your number(s) or don't pick up when she calls. If that doesn't work, have some balls and tell her to stop calling. She's an ex for a good reason. Unless you two have a child together, there's no reason for her to call you all the time. Tell her it's O-V-E-R! Don't mince words either.

just ignore the calls.. or call your phone company and see if you can block the number from calling

block his calls, or if you have caller id just ignore him.
