Stomach Cramp,Bloatedness and diarrhea?

Had this for 5mths now and do not know why this happens i have had pins and diarrhea for almost five mths during my normal days when i am at school. my feaces are normal but so as long as i eat a heavy meal i will have diarrhea loose stools to watery stools i am not sure why this happens anybody knows why .i just recently had it this afternoon and i had to take a diarrhea pill to stop it,i ate ice cream with cake noodles soup and many more things .serious answers only please
