Of course, a clone has a soul. A clone is still a human being, a living breathing individual person.

A great question that should reveal the falacy of the soul. The soul does not exist as an outside "breath from God" or any of that spiritual mumbo jumbo. There is no biblical or spiritual explanation for a clone's soul.

Do conjoined twins share a soul?
If an embryo is frozen like the thousands in fertility clinics, then is their soul frozen? Or does God have a waiting room?

There is no evidence for a soul. None physically, none scientifically.

The only construct of "soul" that I will accept is more akin to Carl Jung's idea of a collective unconscious. When a person evokes into reality that which we all share in a subconcious level, we all recognize it. We then label it as "soul". But it doesn't leave the body at death and move on to another realm. That's just fairy tales.

Do Tree's have a soul? They're alive.

this is an interresting question.

if somebody makes a clone of me that is an exact genetic copy of me without father or mother. then does it have a soul.
the bible says that the soul is breathed into an infant on it's first breath.
so it would be possible that god (the gods) would grant to this body a soul. but what is a soul anyway. and where does it come from. is it something granted by the gods. or is it something that develops with the body in the womb. could it be a split off of the mother's soul? this would explain the mother child link that so many people feel.

your question is one that may never be answered simply because the definition of a soul is so varies and the process of it's development is much too comples for us to understand.

Identical twins are nature's version of a clone - two persons with the same DNA code. Interestingly identical twins, although often very similar in most mannerisms can develop quite different personalities. Their souls become distinct. I think this is innate in humans, a desire to be our own person, not quite like anybody else in the world.

Is a human clone a creation of God? That is where your answer is.

no! God didnt create it so in a way it isnt actually real. ppl shouldnt try to play God. God is the only 1 who can create ppl. when a man clones something it isnt really real in a sense because it was made unnaturally. i hope this makes sense.
