Definitely Leonidas Belgium chocolates. They are really delicious. There are only a few stores in the US, but they are very well known in Belgium and France. You can buy them online at www.Leonidas-usa.com .

There are many.
Valrhona, Ghiradelli, Hershey, Amadei, Godiva, Cacoo de Barry good old Toblerone and Lindt. The critical part of the process is the "conching" process and one of the best is "Criollo" from Venezuela. Enjoy!

I unquestionably prefer See's and Dove over Godiva. And, believe it or not, I bought a "Pound Plus" dark chocolate bar at Trader Joe's (I think it's Belgium chocolate) and it was awesome!!

Switzerland, Belgium, Germany and a little known gem south of the border.... Mexico. Which reminds me... Easter is on the way. I can't stand those chocolate bunnies that taste like paraffin wax :-(

Not Hershey. And the fact that they fired 1300 people on Valentine's Day and moved their jobs to Mexico makes them even worse.

Belgium and Switzerland for a place. Godiva or Ghiradelli for a company.
