you have not got any concerns. After a week, and peeling is accomplished, shows that the tattoo is basically about healed. it relatively is obviously now no longer an open wound, simply by fact of this you have been pronounced to no longer bypass swimming or submerge it in water. Bathtubs and swimming pools might have lots of bacteria in the water, which will infect your modern tattoo. Now that the exterior is definitely sealed up as quickly as extra, you will possibly desire to be unfastened to have a bathtub.

Well first off your really not suppose to soak it for about 2 weeks. But yeah after a while it does start to kinda"peel" off, that's not whats happening though, your tattoo is just getting rid of the top layer its going to go from really brite to pretty dull after that layer is gone. Whatever you do DONT PEEL IT OFF!!!!! If you peel it its going to scar and maybe get infected, just let it fall off by itself. And make sure your not putting to much a&d on it that can make it bubble and get gross. Other then that good luck. Anymore question feel free to email me.

don't take a bath anymore for about 3 weeks....take showers...you shouldn't be getting the tattoo too wet. A week ago...it has prob started healing up and peeling somewhat. Don't pick at it and just let it "shed" on it's own. Keep it moisturized (helps with the itching and healing). Also, when you dry off your tattoo...don't rub...pat.

didn't the tattoo artist give you aftercare instructions? you're not supposed to soak in water until it's healed. the "peeling" part is the scab. remember when you were little and you'd scrape your knee then when you got in the bath the scab got all soft and started coming off, exact same thing.
just keep moisturizing it and cross your fingers.

don't soak it at all. that being said, it's going to peel some when you take a bath/shower until it heals completely. don't pick at it. just let it fall off on it's own. if you happen to become concerned about it, i suggest visiting your artist just for piece of mind.

most tats peel after a while... i wouldnt be afraid. if you didnt soak it then it IS just your normal healing process. if when its done it needs touch up you can go back. some do free other it costs about 15.

Both of my tats kinda flaked off a few weeks after I got them. It's the top layer coming off and it's normal for this to happen. If you notice a lot of color coming off then I'd go back to the shop just to have it checked.

These people are so dumb. The tattoo is peeling off because its dead skin.. after it all peels off the tattoo will look newer the color will also look better. no need to go back or see a doctor because that's what is supposed to happen.

Well what is it? First you say you took a bath and now you say you hung your leg out??
Why? Cuz people jumped you for not following your artist's directions. NO tub baths for two weeks!!!
