I find 180 degrees for 5 minutes does good for me, but I have a fan oven. so prob about 7 minutes non fan? -

in the microwave on high...3 minutes for a small potato, 4 for medium and 5 for large. Might have to add time for extra large. In regular over 350 to 400 is about right. It takes a long time in the regular oven.

I work at cracker barrel in the prep area...

the correct answer:

(you want a baked potato right?)

425 for 1 hour.

(pre-heat first... your going to want to do it right)

enjoy your potato!

426 for 1 hour for PERFECTION!

(some will say 425 or 400....ignore them, the magic number is 426)
