Thinking about it that way probly isn't going to get you what you want. There is a protocol for dating and getting to the point of sharing intimacy. There are stages to a relationship that are best to get to before even trying for sex. Otherwise you might get someone to get you off, but it won't have the power that having sex while in love does.
Find a girl about your age that interests you, talk to her, see if you like her and then ask her for a date. If you two start to have strong feelings for each other you will be loving life so much. Not that you won't want sex b/c you will want it more than ever, but it will be more fulfilling than a hollow time with someone you don't care about.

Sex is not all its cracked up to be. It complicates relationships and can ruin your life... Imagine having herpes for the rest of your life or having to drop out of school so you can get a job to pay off the bills from the birth of your child...
Masterbate. Check out some porn on line. Wait on the sex thing.

that's the kinda thing people walk away from if you're planning to just boink someone. but if you're really looking for that kinda thing to do, find a club. i wouldn't recommend this at all though.
