I guess it means that the girl likes the boy. When i was younger i used to be nervous around the guys i liked but i don't anymore.

Sometimes we just worry if he likes us or not. If we are dressed appropriately and if we look or smell nice. We want to make a good impression on him because we may like him, or either hes a good friend and we just want to look our best.
