I'd like to make a LOT of changes... but if I'm really limited to only one, then I would remove every trace of Paul from Christianity.

Christianity may irritate me a bit, but Paulianity pisses me off.

Christianity has gotten a bad rap . . . most likely from the actions of some of us Christians. Everyone is hypocritical, so why hold that over our heads like we invented the concept?

I will say this about that, "Even if you could prove to me beyond a shadow of a doubt that Jesus was not the Christ and this Christianity thing was the biggest farce ever foisted upon mankind, I'd still follow it and be a Christian just because of all the changes I've seen in my life alone.".

That's my take on it and I'm standing firm!

If I were God, I would make it impossible for people to claim to be a Christian, without actually being one.

But then again, it's a very good thing that I'm not God.

I would begin doing miracles all the time, and make the children safe, and heal everyone's hearts and fill them with good healthy food, and tell everyone to play nice. I'd be right beside you all the time. I'd make all armies, and weapons malfunction, and make everyone's uniforms match exactly. I'd be active if I were God, and I wouldn't leave anyone out. I wouldn't give up ever.

As much as I see Christianity, in its biblically correct form, in need of no changes, I would probably require all persons seeking to call themselves Christians to formally study basic theology, phisopophy, and science for two years. We would then have truly informed members of the faith and less of the rhetoric we see in these forums.

TRUE Christianity WILL become the ONLY religion on earth ...

The End of False Religion IS Near!
- What Is False Religion?
- How Will It End?
- How Will You Be Affected?

This IS the TRUE God's plan, soon to be enacted ... and,

'I wouldn't have it Any other way!'

If I could make only one change,it would be to stop them thinking that they HAVE to spread the word and their beliefs.
I have no problem with what they want to believe but I do have a problem when they try to force those beliefs onto me.
Nice christian attitude digger

I would change the part about spreading the good word. I would make it a command in the bible to say, "always keep the word to yourself, tell no one, take it with you to the grave and in the afterlife you will get into heaven".

Hmm...probably the whole bullying thing. I'd tell them to stop doing that in my name because it's annoying and doesn't work and they're making my job a bit harder. I'd probably be old school too and bring back smiting but you said I could only change one thing.

Wow. That's a hard question. If I were God, then I'd be omniscient, which I'm not now. I'd be like Him. I'd understand alot of things that I can't comprehend right now. I'd be perfect, as He is now - then I'd actually realize that His current plan IS perfect.... then I'd end up changing nothing. Maybe it's not so hard after all!
