Thai food is good for you and it taste GREAT!! You are almost guaranteed to find something you like whether it is spicy or sweet. If you like spicy you can request any dish Thai hot, and it will be SPICY!!! Or Korean food is very healthy for you, if you never had any before, BULL-GO-GEE, is one of the best dishes they have, or CAR-BEE is another favorite of people who try it. Most authentic Asian food is extremely healthy. (American Chinese food doesn’t count). Even if you cook Stir fry at home, it’s SOOOO easy and consists of mostly vegetables. Ok, I’m going to stop, I’m getting really hungry, lol, but remember there are plenty of healthy foods out there, its just takes the right spices to make them good. Take care!!

KimChee (spicy pickled cabbage) is quite tasty. Star fruit is good. Really anything prepared fresh and consumed in moderation is going to be tasty and not adversely effect your health. Except bacon and Foie Gras.... I doubt either of those will ever be healthy LOL

oh, this is easy.....fruit! I am an admitted fruit-a-holic. My favorite is pineapple. Yummy. And, there are so many different kinds, you just can't go wrong.
