Yes, it is, and it's also against the Biblical principle of "paying all of your debts except the debt of love--never finish paying that one."

Well, it's not really stealing. If you're attempting to pay off your debts and you're using every means possible to get the money, you're not stealing anything. If you were taking out 50 credit cards knowing that you had no intention of ever paying them, that would be stealing. Just do your best and try to pay your bills. God knows if you're really trying or not. I'd actually be more worried about the creditors than God right now. They'll make your life a living hell right NOW. Do the best you can and pay off as much as you can. That's all you can do.

It's not stealing. It's living beyond your means. You still have to pay your debts. Living beyond your means is being greedy or a glutton. The Lord will provide everthing you need to do his will. If you require more than that, you might be following some other agenda than what God has planned for you.
My advice, for what it's worth, is to ask forgiveness and then ask for the means to pay your debts. At the same time, ask for help and guidance to follow God's will for your life and live within the means he has provided you. Wanting the things you can't afford takes you away from God. Your debt has put you in a state of bondage. Get rid of it. Put it in HIs loving hands.

If you purposely continue to build up bills knowing you are unable to pay, that is stealing. As a Christian ask of God to help pay your bills. I don't know how old you are, but you mention of your disability pension. Perhaps you could take an interest in writing, books, like short stories to help bring money in to pay your bills.
Take your petition to Christ.
God Bless..
Pray for me and I will pray for you.

Will your life insurance cover the cost of the bills? The executor of your estate will pay your bills with that after you are gone.
You need to keep paying your minimum payments at least to protect your credit as long as you can.
We won't need money in heaven.
The only unforgivable sin is Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit, so even if being in debt is a sin, who cares. Ask for forgiveness and SPEND (instead of SIN) no more, LOL

Poor Leanne, I'm sorry to hear that, truly I am. As a Christian I would try to pay my bills and ask Jesus to give me strength to help me pay, it is the Christian way. But If I believed in monkey science I would not worry about it. Besides monkeys don't care about stealing because of their instincts.

Depends.....are you living beyond your means?
Examples....
You are on the internet....and on a computer. Do you use these for work? for income? if no....then you are guilty as this is a frill and you could easily do without. you could sell the computer to help pay the bills.
Do you have stuff, trinkets, collectibles around the house? you could be selling this stuff off to pay those bills.
Now if you live on bare bone, 1 room apt, living on can food daily, can't get out, take a bath just every other day, etc...then you are fine as God see's you have tried.
But look around.....the guilt can only lay within you for you are the only one that has to answer for what you have done.

God will provide. No that is not stealing unless you can afford it and just don't pay. The Antichrist system we live in tries to yoke you down with bills and interest, if God wants you to pay it he will provide. He may be trying to set you free from their control.
