in military speak...what does it mean to "put a casing to" someone?

I need to know. Obviously, It is some kind of violent action toward another person. I need to know specifically.

I would actually assume that it has nothing to do with SHOOTING someone, but rather to press them on something.

A casing, as it leaves the gun, is incredibly hot (that's the brass part that gets ejected outside the gun as you fire) and to put that on to someone would hurt/burn pretty bad.

That, however, is just a guess because I've never heard it used even in my time in the military

you have the main appropriate to place something you like on your identity tags, and on your records. in case you ever go through any discrimination based on your religious concepts, you apart from would have the main appropriate to deliver that discrimination up on your more suitable officers or on your equivalent possibility representative. i've got been an atheist in the militia for quite a few years now, and my identity tags say No decision (since became into the only decision I observed accessible once I first joined), and the different set says "none" because of the fact i do no longer prefer human beings to think of that I call atheism a faith. in any different case i'd positioned atheist on them. arise for what you have self assurance in. There are human beings in the militia shape whose interest that's to verify no one gets unfairly discriminated against, inspite of who's doing the discriminating, and why.

I've never heard that one before and I was in the Air Force as an aerial gunner for 6 years.

My guess would be it involves shooting someone.

i would guess shoot someone, but i dunno where that came from since its the bullet that hits the intended target, not the casing. the two are entirely different since the powder inside the casing ingnites upon the hammer striking the firing pin. pin strikes the primer and ignites the powder. bullet leaves the casing travels down the barrel and the casing is ejected from the gun
