Plagiarism is when you use someone else's work without giving them credit. So if you are using a bible quote but not saying where and who it is from yes that is plagiarism but if you said "thou shalt not kill" from the bibles ten commandments, that would be fine.

depends on what context; though most of the time the scripture is quoted with a verse and chapter and you KNOW it's from the bi ble

no, it is not plagurism. though the authors of any translation after the kjv have put a copyright on "their" Bible.
