I am madly in love with this girl at school. we go on dates and hug and stuff but we are not going out. i need advice. we treat each other like we are going out but when i mention it to her she freaks out please help

This is just a guess, maybe she is thinking she is young and is scared to decide at this second to be with just one man her whole life. Don't pressure her becuz if she's confused she'll bolt. Just be her best friend and listen to what she says, about anything, and respond with an opinion. Don't hog the conversation, especially about ppl u work with she doesn't know bcuz she'll feel alienated, and like you guys will never be on the same page. During this time she is deciding and planning her future, DO NOT hit on her friends. This is what ppl do for revenge of ppl they hate. Young guys are confused about this. If your "going on dates" but not "going out" someone is confused and in denial.

Just ask her why she freaks out and maybe she just wants to date before getting in a relationship. She might want to see her options.

dont come one so strong. bring it up very casually. tell her how you feel possibly. are you sure this isn't just hook up? or maybe she doesnt want the commitment. all of these could be possible. but honestly.. the only difference is the title. if you are madly in love, keep it that way. how sweet :]

I did.
She freaks out because she is scared and has a fear to become a girlfriend for you. It doesn't seem right for her. She doesn't feel the chemistry between you and her.

maybe she needs more time to think it out, what i mean is maybe she's not yet ready to sit down and talk about what or how she feels about the two of you. just let things be as it is. soon, at the right time and at the right circumstances, it'll all fall in to place...

shes probably scared/nervous of going farther than the dates and hugging you two have been doing.
just give it time.
dont pressure her that is FOR sure one thing not to do.
