For minilabs the pay varies a bit. Some start at minimum wage or a bit above. Lab managers make maybe $15 an hour, depending on who you work for.
Whoever said it is easy....Well, it ain't like digging ditches for a living, but it's not so easy, either. A good printer (the person, not the equipment!) custom prints and corrects for color and density, even in an automated machine. It is fairly easy to learn how to run the machines, learning how to print is a skill that takes time to develop. And sometimes you have a rush of film and/or customers at the front, and they all want something now. Meanwhile film is piling up on the back counter waiting to be extracted and loaded. You are on your feet for 8 or 10 hours at a time. I can't count the times I've worked 12 hour days with no break during busy season.
At the upper end of things, there is machine maintenance, silver recovery issues, OSHA regulations, lab scheduling and training, inventory management, and paperwork.
To stay in this field takes some dedication and enjoyment of the job, because I assure you, nobody is doing it for the pay!

It is a fairly low paying job. I used to do it and only made around 8 dollars an hour. It is a very easy job because the machines do all the work. I'm sure if you worked in a camera store like worf camera you would make more because you would have to sell cameras also.

Because your breasts are not exposed and there is nothing sexual about this picture there should be no problem with developing it. There could be issues if you display it in public.
