I Got A lump Under the sternum bone and pressure on it too...It feels funny when i breath and it is painful...i have gerd so i unno if this can be it ive never felt it before.....It feels like it goes away and comes back bout every 5 mins..its been doing this for 10 mins hasent gone away what can it be it hurts...some one please answer A.S.A.P

Lump under the sternum .... and it hurts.. I'd say go to the ER quick!

If you have GERD, get it checked out ASAP. A major problem with GERD is the damage it does to the esophagus. I recommend going to the emergency room. This is nothing to fool around with, or ask a bunch of strangers on the internet.

It's his xiphoid bone. It's supposed to be there. And you have one too. Find yours and compare.
