I'm quite comfortable with my general appearance in terms of size although if you look close enough, my thighs are not in proportion with the rest of my body. Whenever I sit down, they seem to increase in size & it's embarrassing when you're with other people.

P.S. No smart remarks, please.

Honestly...I had the same problem with my inner thighs. I have started doing the thigh master about 3 sets of 80 or more over time. Starting from the knee, then the mid thig then the upper thigh. I also did the gazelle for about 20 -40 min a day (sometimes every other day) and my thighs started to melt away. For the first time in years I was happy with what they looked like. I stopped and started eating more and saw it come back again.
So back I go again.
But it worked!

Well, it's quite normal that your thighs spread out when you sit down. that happens to everyone, so it shouldn't be embarrassing for you.

Unfortunately, you can't spot reduce, meaning if you try and lose weight from your thighs, you will lose from all over and your thighs will still seem disproportionate to the rest of your body. You can keep them as toned as possible, but if you go overboard with toning them up, they will just appear even bigger.

The best way to deal with this is to accept your body how it is and realise that no-one on this planet is perfect, not even those supermodels you see on the catwalk. You are beautiful as you are, you just have to believe that.

Take care : )

Liposuction is the ultimate -- -- -- but if surgery is not your bag then yes Lunges work well as do squat thrusts but the best thighs are on those guys & girls that cycle but with all exersise you run risk of exchanging fat thighs with muscular yet still large thighs..

Peace

PS Those upside down up kick cycling exercises work real good.

I recently read that there was no way to target particular areas of your body for fat loss. That it was overall fat loss and that everyone carries it in different places. I, like you, seem to keep it in my thighs and over my knees. I feel like by the time my legs are how I want them, I will look anorexic in my upper body. One thing I try to do is light weights because it helps keep everything toned (and muscle keeps burning fat) but not to over do it or cycle too much because I certainly don't want to bulk up that area. You may also want to invest in clothing that is flattering to your lower half. BLACK PANTS! Good Luck and remember you are your worst critic. Chances are no one else has noticed.
