If you really want to help him, either knuckle down & take him to the vet, or take him to the shelter. If cannot afford to take care of the pet, you should not keep him.
This sounds very serious, it could be distemper or even canine infectious hepetitis...
Poor puppy :(
This is why you should always have your pets spayed or neutered!

That puppy absolutely needs vet care and immediately. If you cannot afford it and cannot find a clinic or vet who will help you out, can you find a rescue or shelter willing to take the puppy? Sometimes they can get inexpensive vet care. If they can't, a quick euthansia would be kinder for the puppy than continuing to live in his condition.
You were kind to take him in, but now he needs more than a warm home and food. Please do what needs to be done.

it is possible that he has epilepsy...dogs can get this just like ppl can...he really needs to see a vet...call your local animal shelter, explain that you found this puppy, that you love it and want very much to take care of it, but you need to know if there is some kind of program available for helping pay for vet care...also if you have a petsmart near you...the vet clinic usually has a welness plan where you can pay into it, like insurance...they may allow you to make payments. dont listen to people who say if you cant afford the vet you cant afford the pet...that isnt always the case...the average pets vet care isnt outrageous...but some animals need special care...and special people, like you...there are programs to help you...call around, and good luck
p.s....look symptoms up on internet as well

Please get this dog some help from a vet.Beg & borrow & save to get him there.Thx for taking him in.He needs you & your loving home.It may be mild seisures but Im not sure.A vet can give him an exam & a bloodtest to diagnos his condition correctly. That is not very expensive.Try calling a vet & see what he says & ask him/her if you can please have a payment plan.If a friend can recommend you,,that may work better.
~Do NOT listen to Dr.Death,,his name speaks for itself.Do not kill this dog or put him in a shelter or he will have no chance for a good life.If anything,,give him to someone that can help him if you cannot.Someone that you know will care enough to KEEP him.

Well....you seriously need to get him to a vet, something could be seriously wrong with him, plus if you cant afford to take care of the puppy....you should allow someone who can.
There should be a free vet clinic near you, so look for one in your area.

This puppy is suffering and needs to see a vet if you truly do want to help him call your local animal control and ask them to come get the pup they will provide it the proper medical care it so despratly needs. I know it is hard but sometimes we have to do things that hurt us for the sake of another life. Please call them right away they will know how to handle the situation.

If you can't afford to take him to a vet, you can't afford a pet. Take him to the vet, and be prepared to either buy medication for him for the rest of his life (best case scenario) or have him euthanized. If you decide that you want a pet, it's like deciding to have a child (it's always a decision, trust me, lol), you have to be able to afford to take your pet to the vet regularly (once a year, at a minimum for check-ups), keep his immunizations up to date, and have her/him spayed or neutered. Welcome to the world of responsibility, I hope you can grow into it!
