I am married to a man who is 3 inches shorter than I am. I used to only date tall men but when I found who I am with now I had to change my options on who I would date. He doesn't seem uncomfortable with me and I am not uncomfortable with him. I'm not that shallow.

I'm 5' 6", so I hardly ever am taller...
but I can tell you that a man's demeanor changes a bit when I have the high heels on that make me 3-4 " taller.
They seem to relinquish a bit of power at that point.

I would date a woman taller than me if she doesn't have a problem with it. But not too much taller.
