If you are a guy it would be best in the evening as you can take advantage of the testosterone your body is releasing, there for you can do more in your work outs than you could in the morning.

I was taught years ago that best time to exercise is in the morning.
This is the time when you have the most rest.
Best time to stretch is after a hot shower.
(especilly for us old guys)

The morning is better. It energizes you for the day. Exercising at night will rev up your metabolism and keep you awake.

Either one, depends on whether you are a morning person or night. Best to do it when you'll stick with it.

Mourning is best. Kickstarts your metabolism and wakes you up. Evening is ok as long as your not going to bed soon
