your first link doesn't work
exercise and eat well
that may do the trick
after details;
you are not excessively over weight
just get out and exercise
but I'm sure you look great
also, avoid junk food
best of luck
don't starve yourself, i think it "your weight" is mostly in your head

There is no magic weight-loss pill, supplement, fad diet, or juice. The ONLY way to lose weight is to consume less calories than you burn. Brad Pitt didn’t get cut for Fight Club by drinking green tea, and you won’t either.

Walk for 30 minutes every day, including weekends, Mondays, and Fridays. Do at least 30 minutes of weight training each week. Do 60 minutes of additional, higher intensity cardio each week.

Cut back on the foods you eat with high fat and high sugar content. Eat only single servings (read the label) with less than 3 grams trans fat and 3 grams sugars. Throw out all of your ice cream, chips, cookies, cheese, fried foods, bacon, and candy.

Eat breakfast, and eat five small meals per day instead of three big meals. Don’t starve yourself during the day, but if you don't wake up famished, then you ate too much the day before. Stop eating at least two hours before you go to bed.

Get 6 to 8 hours of sleep every night. Turn off the TV and the computer. Sleep is vitally important.

Don't consume alcohol—alcohol is nothing more than empty calories with no nutritional value. Some people will argue that alcohol has some health benefits when consumed in moderation—I’m not debating that—but we’re talking about weight loss here. Lay off the booze if you want to lose the fat.

Drink lots of water, then drink more. Not tea, not Gatorade, not milk. Water. If your urine isn’t almost clear, you need to drink more water.

Good luck.

To be very realistic, I doubt you will look the way you'd like to in 4 months. If you continue working on it, you can by next summer (summer '08). Try doing a lot of aerobics, or cardio- jogging, etc, and also if you can, go to the gym or to your local recreation center and try using some of the weight machines to firm/tighten your abs and other parts of your body. Stay away from too much sweets or anything that has much sugars. Good luck and I hope you can get into that bikini soon!!!

Also- your first link does not work- you should make an addition to your entry and direct people to http://www.theweightlosspills.com and click the "How To Get Rid Of Belly Fat" link on the left side- ;)

I tried to look at the first picture but it says 403 Forbidden.

As long as you don't need to lose more than 30 lbs, I think you can accomplish this safely and effectively. If you've got the money, I recommend Gilad's Quick Fit System. It's an exercise and diet program that has changed my life and is well worth the money, if you're serious about getting a great bod.

I recently achieved my goal for my body and I really feel that one thing that helps me is drinking lots of water. I know you hear it all the time but it is true. I drink more of anything if its through a straw so I started using big cups that had straws with them and filled it with ice and water. I actually got to the point of relating that cup with my future slender body and would get a good happy feeling everytime I filled it. I know that sounds weird but I do think visualizing yourself as the body you want is a better motivator than thinking of what you don't like about your current body. I also recommend light weight traing. The toning is great and muscle continues to burn fat when your done with your work out. You can do it!

You sound perfect to me already. Bikinis look much better on bodies with some meat on them. You are already very slim, so maybe you just tone up and you will be bikinitastic by the summer! lol

HTH : )

pills and diet programs fail. all of them are a waste of time. been there, done that. they DON'T work. Try working out and eat healthy foods, also drink a lot of water not soda or juice, but water. plain water...it works wonders! stay away from sugar, and eat fresh whole foods. stear clear of packaged foods too. bottom line don't use pills.
