Its not a case of no relationship its more the nature of it.

ie its no good you trying to start flying jumbo jets or fighter planes... you have to learn and practice flying cesna little planes first or you crash

ie 13 no more then cuddles and kisses, 14 for second base ie kissy kissy paw paw over clothes, 15 getting to 3rd base type stuff maximum, late 15-17 going all the way.

Its like going to an amusment parrk. Best start on the little rides and go all the way up as then all the rides are fun, tyou get to try them all and dont get sick.

Go on the top ride firsat it will spoil all the others and yo prob get sick and ruin the day

Relationship is a very loose term. There are many varied relationships i.e:- with your parents, teachers, friends and mates, even with a pet.
Now if we are talking about a sexual relationship, that involves the law. You need to be legally 16 yrs old and so has to be your partner. This UK law exists since 1885. It was lowered from 18 to prevent child prostitution. I do agree with your Mother though perhaps you are a little young to commit yourself to a sexual relationship. Having said that, peoples maturity differs and you can only convince your Mother of your maturity by showing that you are responsible in other areas of your life. Good Luck.

You always want to be careful when getting into something like this. Age doesn't play a huge part in it, as long as your old enough to think reasonably. I was 14 dating a 17 year old, and i thought that was great. Looking back at it now, it got me into some trouble and came with some baggage that i wasn't ready for. I was a pretty mature 14 year old too... and to me, that was still too young. As long as you keep your communication open and never hold back any emotions, things can be fine at any age.

Hope I helped. Have a good night.

i think u can have a relationship at your age [don't get the between 13 and 15 though r u 14] anyway if u realy like someone thers no reason why u can't have a relationship but there is laws about sex and u should never feel pressured because thats not wot a relatationship is about x

13? no way, that's too young. Besides you could be rushing to fast, don't be desperate, just wait 4 the right guy. Tell whoever is courting you that well... education, and family comes first, I've had tons of friends who've been hurt cuz they were in a relationship too fast. Trust me, you don't want any boyfriend right now, not to show off that you have one or just bcuz you don't have a date. Seriously don't do it, you're rushing way too fast.

What does you mum think? Remember the laws for where you live and abide by them. Age of consent, alcohol consumption etc. They're in place to help protect you. Legally you are still very much a child. Despite raging hormones!

You are too young. Trust me, mother knows best. By the way, remember this little episode! And when you have children of your own, you will say "Ah, NOW I know what my mum was on about!"
I promise you will! That goes for all those who have given you answers like 'No rules, do as you wish'!
