For rapid weight loss try a temporary vegan diet. You should see significant results within a month. Make sure to take a daily multivitamin/mineral. Veganism is true vegetarianism: no meat, no eggs, no milk, no honey; nothing from animals. Eat vegetables, fruits, grains, legumes, nuts and seeds. If you have access to a gym ride on a stationary bike for 30 minutes every day. This is good cardiovascular exercise and will aid in burning excess calories. Drink plenty of water whether you feel thirsty or not.

I know a couple of people who have tried this diet called the Apple Patch diet, said it works awesome if your not trying to lose huge amounts of weight. They lost on average between 15 and 40 lbs. The best part is its all-natural so its not dangerous like diet pills. The apple patch website if you wanna check it out is http://www.applepatchdiet.com/ap16179/index.html.

How old are you? A BMI of 22.9 is not at risk of being overweight unless you in your early teens!

Dont diet, eat healthier.

Eat more fiber, cut out trans and saturated fat, choose organic when possible, stay away from bad carbs, and eat less animal meats -- get most of your protein from seeds, beans, nuts, and grains.
