You have to tell him. Im 14 too, and I know theres no other way to get a guy than to tell him yourself, that you like him. Look him in the eyes, and tell him. Make sure he knows. Flirt with him too.

1st question- Is he appreaciated by the Secret Admirer note? If so, tell him.
2nd question- Does he like you? If so, Ask him out!
But hey, Sometimes what you want you cant get. If you cant get this guy, move on. There are WAY more boys EVEN BETTER than him.
