everytime you sneeze people close their eyes why is that?

there's no way you could sneeze with your eyes open. why?because the pressure you give off by sneezing could damage your eyes.
also, when you sneeze, the bacteria from your nose/mouth could get into your eyes. in order to prevent this, your eyes atomatically shut.

So that what you sneeze doesn't get into your eyes. It's a simple but useful reflex.

sneezing is natural for any human being. it is a kind of waste that
comes out of our body . when our sense organs work together we feel stressed and this makes us to close our eyes.. coz cough is the unwanted waste which comes out...

I heard that when you sneeze, your heart stops... and maybe that's why? makes sense too coz ppl always say "bless you" after...
but I don't really know!
