and one else other then me love running and another question is what should you eat or drink before you run to give you more energy. how long can you run for and whats the most youd ever burned on a treadmill and how long did it take you just curious.

i love it too, its so therapuetic! i actually decided to sign up with team in training (a wonderful group of people that train you to run/walk a half or full marathon and help people at the same time) so now im training to run a full marathon and loving it! its super challenging but i know it will be an accomplishment once ive crossed the finish line. right now im running 6 miles and next week i'll be at 7-8.....

the night before you run, you should eat carbs (yay!) bc carbs keeps you going longer. the morning of, or an hour before you run, you should eat something light with carbs or a banana.....and after an intense run eat protein, this helps with the muscle recovery.

ok, i can answer one of those q's, because everyone loses weight differently. (and I don't keep track)
to give you energy, the best thing to eat would be an orange. because of it's high carbohydrate source.
carbohydrates give you 55%of your total energy.
