I have a one year old puppy, (male) and I recently 2 1/2 months ago got a friend for him (female) and I am having the worst time house training her, so when she goes inside, i do the routine (that isnt working by the way) of hitting her and throwing her outside, (this is the way the 1 year old learned) and he learned fast! Well now I am finding that he is starting to pee wherever she went. Even after I clean it, I know they can still smell through bleach, but I'm using vinegar. Is this always going to happen? Will he think it's okay to go inside now because she does? should i do what i did when he was little and hit him and throw him out? please help i'm going crazy!

Hope you've stopped hitting your dog. That method is not only ineffective, as you've discovered, but will also teach your dogs to fear you, which is not what you want.

Please be fair to your dogs and follow the directions there. Clean your house using an enzyme cleaner:

First of all you should not hit your dog! She's probably very confused. I suggest a great book called Good Owners, Great Dogs by Brian Kilcommons & Sarah Williams. There is an entire section on house training. House training should be done with positive reinforcement not "hitting and throwing out".
