I have always been fairly precocious, and I learned about women and sex far earlier than other guys growing up. The weird thing is, I never had a gf, never had sex, but everyone seems to have this idea about me that I'm... experienced. I'll admit that I never actually TELL ppl that i'm a virgin, but i don't ever proclaim that i've had sex.
hm... i don't know what my question is. :)
any thoughts about anything I wrote?

YOU ARE REALLY LUCKY that you are still Virgin at 17yrs. Wait little more & gift your virginity to your life partner which is very rare in today's world. Sincerity & dedication towards relationship is real life.

Alright, first off, I'm 17 and I'm a virgin, there's nothing wrong with it. Let people think what they want, who really cares. Personally, I think its stupid to have sex when you're not even out of high school yet. If I find out a guy is a virgin, I think its great, its also an attractive quality, it shows that you're sincere and not just any kind of horndog you can find at any high school. Enjoy being a virgin, once you do the deed there's no going back :)

My daughter is a darling, athletic, smart 17 year old and she along with several of her friends have chosen to wait for sex. They say the 60's generation with all it's sexual experimentation didn't seem to benefit the world much. We now have rampant STD's, AIDS etc. When the time comes you may not need to tell your girl that you are a virgin. A lot about sex come naturally. Just go slowly and it will seem you are being considerate of her. If she's experienced then she'll teach you without you telling her it's your first time. Just be sure to use condoms. In the meantime enjoy being 17 and all that entails.

I understand that, as a guy, there is ALOT of social pressure. But the truth is some of those guys are lying. I was in the same spot, I had and still have) read more books on sexually extended orgasms and graffenberg, hell even chakras. And guess what...still a virgin. But getting over the social pressure to fit in is a lot more difficult than getting laid.

I think that it is HOT that you are still a virgin. It better for the gf knowing that you dont take advantage of girls and just sleep around with who ever will give you some. When you do find the right person you will know and hopefully make the right decision.

OMG you are 17
it sounds like you are ashamed and that is so annoying
what is wrong with being a 17 year old virgin
you are probably still in high school
oh my gosh...that is so disturbing to me
please be proud of yourself and dont be embarrassed
it is more respectable to wait until the right girl rather than sleeping with any person who looks at you

A lot of guys are virgins. A lot of girls are virgins. It's common although it doesn't seem that way. You got your 20s and 30s to worry about that. That's enough time to get all the tail you ever wanted.

dude, there is NOTHING wrong with being a virgin. In fact, your significant other would be thrilled to know it! And there is nothing wrong with not sharing your sex life. In my opinion, who should brag about it anyway? Its lame and people lie about it. I bet 1/2 of your guy friends make up most of their sexual encounter stories anyway. and i like how you didn't have a question. you just let us do the talking. it's a nice change.

Congratulations on not being a bed hopper. You will be healthier in the long run and when you finally find that person you want to have sex with, it will have more meaning. Too many people just jump into bed with anybody, way too risky.

Oh you are normal , lots of people lie about it when they are in middle and high school . Lots of people don't lose the V-card till they are in their 20s . Its nothing to worry about. After you do it you'll be bored with it anyways. Its very overrated anyways. When you 1st do it sux a alot cuz you don't know what you are doing.
