Possibilities:
o Neurologic dysfunction (Cranial Nerve I - olfactory)
You think it smells of apples. Other people just think it smells.
o Psychological dysfunction
You don't think it smells of apples. You're just saying so.
o Gastrointestinal dysfunction
There is something in your GIT that is transforming the limonene and other citrus type molecules (ethyl 3-hydroxyhexanoate and whatever esters) into apple type esters (methyl butyrate).
All in all I'd say you're pretty dysfunctional. But then, all you had to do was read the question huh :-)

I noticed ur name is toilet: however the last question u asked was also about "flatulence." Wazz ^ wit dat??? Just say FART, dude. Apple flatulence does sound pretty cool though.
