It is hard for a woman to give herself up. She is scared of what things will be like after you guys do this. TALK ABOUT THIS FIRST! Reassure her you won't make her regret given it up to you. It is all about the actions you make toward her, sometimes you can't rush into what could be the most beautiful and akward time in your relationship. First times aren't always the most pleasurable.
