Can a credit card debt from another country be legally enforced in the US?

It depends of what kind of credt card. Some of then belog to internationa comapnies. So if they have brances in the US even if they use other names, the can take you to court. They can also sale the debt to a US collection company and you are done.

Other than that they can't do much about it in the US civil courts unless there is something criminal in which case they can have you arrested an extradited.
