Well.. apart from visiting a dermatologist, you could steam up your face thus making the pores open up.. then try to just squeeze out the black head out from your face.. remove it rom its root ..if you stop it half-way it will re-occur.

Steam your face once a week for 3 to 4 minutes to open up the pores. Use a home made face scrub using the white of an egg and a little salt.More cheap and natural remedies for black and white heads at the link below.

There are special pens that you can buy which offer a sanitised way of doing this.
They are black head remover vacuum pens, and function in such a way as to remove the blackhead in a healthy manner.
Note that you should think of treatment as well to stop them re-occuring, for instance spot or acne creams - consult the pharmacist if in doubt for advise on what to take.
